What is SCRUM?
SCRUM attempts to put an iterative framework process under Agile software development. The idea is that it allows the team to focus on delivering the best product in the shortest amount of time.
It does this through transparency. This is accomplished through various ways however the key is that at the end of an iteration or Sprint the customer or stakeholder has something to see and use. Once the customer has this real working software they can decide quickly if they want the team to continue developing it the same way or change and adapt so the team ultimately delivers what the customer actually wants!
